Objective: Designed all outgoing and internal email communications, from newsletters to event invitations to quarterly product emails, for WSFS Bank. I was responsible for working alongside the Marketing, Creative, and Communications departments to develop, design, and code responsive email designs, with adherence to AA-level WCAG standards and an emphasis on mobile and desktop accessibility. I also assisted with the WSFSBank.com website transformation, in which the website was redesigned, all content was revised, and the CMS switched from Sitecore to WordPress. I mocked up webpage designs in Figma, then inserted all the new content in our WordPress CMS, and created a QA process workflow.
